Apple Cider Flat Bread

Instructions

Warm apple cider in microwave. Add yeast. Set aside.
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add melted butter and juice mixture to flour mixture and stir for 1 minute until completely combined.
Cover and let rise for 3 hours or overnight
Cover 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Grab a handful of dough and pat into 5 crude round flat loaf about 1/2" high (dough will be sticky)

For savory flatbread: Drizzle loaves with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, sesame seeds, parmesan cheese. Let rise 30 minutes.
For sweet flatbread: Drizzle loaves with olive oil, sprinkle with cinnamon and raw cane sugar. Let rise 30 minutes

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until just brown, cut in 3rds and serve warm.
