Apple Gallette
Instructions
1) Cut apples in a somewhat donut shape. Use a slicer to slice it very thinly. Cut apples into half like half-moon shapes.
2) Sprinkle brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract on top of apples. Mix well.
3) Cut a round shape on the pastry sheets.
4) Preheat the oven at 170 C.
5) Position apples around the side of the round pastry sheet until it has mounted up to the center.
6) Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
