Apricot Balls

Instructions

Place apricots in a food processor for a few minutes until chopped finely, add the pack of nice biscuits a few at a time, then add the condensed milk. Once combined well, scoop out a small portion using a spoon and roll into a small ball, then roll in coconut. Continue until all of mixture utilised. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 50 small apricot balls. For a less healthy alternative, substitute the apricots for milo.
