Asian Infused Beef Stew
Instructions
1. Heat oil on medium heat. add beef, potatoes, garlic, onion, mushroom.
2. Stir till the meat and vegetables brown.
3. Then add carrot, black pepper, five spice, ginger powder, tarragon, soy sauce and beef broth.
4. Stir and allow to boil. Then, lower the heat.
5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sauce thickener, stir and add sweet peppers, broccoli.
6. Cover for 2-3 minutes. Serve with fresh bok choy and bean sprouts.
