Bacon And Egg Picnic Pie

Instructions

Line pie plate with one sheet of thawed puff pastry. Place cheese over pastry.
Fry onion and bacon in a pan and place evenly on top of cheese.
Crack 6 whole eggs over the pie filling. Ensure the yolks don't break!
Place second sheet of pastry over the top of pie. Trim and seal edges with a fork. Brush with egg then bake in a hot oven (220 degrees) for about 30 minutes or until golden.
Allow pie to stand for about 15 minutes then serve, or place in fridge and serve cold the next day.
