Bacon Tart And Cava

Instructions

1) Sautee bacon.
2) Mix Fromage Blanc and Creme Fraiche. Add pepper and a little olive oil.
3) Add 1 1/2 tbsp flour and a little salt to cheese mix.
4) Drain the oil from the bacon.
5) Add sliced onion and put bacon back in.
6) Cut puff pastry in half and roll out to fit baking pan. Half bake it for about 10 minutes at 375 deg F.
7) Spread cheese mixture onto pastry and sprinkle the bacon.
8) Bake in oven at 425 deg F for 15 minutes.
9) Cut and serve.
