Bacon Sausage Turkey Legs
Instructions
1. De-bone turkey legs. Place bacon strips on a foil, sprinkle thyme, and lay turkey legs over them.
2. Now put some parsley on it. Roll it up tightly. Bake it in a pan for an hour.
3. Then remove the foil. Now, crispen its sides by browning it in a skillet.
4. Add minced garlic and onion and brown them too.
5. Remove the bacon and turkey legs and add chicken broth, dijon mustard and bring it to a boil.
6. Now add chopped parsley. Remove it immediately.
7. Slice the bacon and turkey and serve it the gravy.
