Bake Acorn Squash
Instructions
Preheat oven at 400ºF.
Scoop out the seeds from inside of the squash.
Rub the inside and top of both halves with butter.
Sprinkle brown sugar inside both halves.
Score both halves by using a sharp knife and cutting lines both vertically and horizontally. Be sure no to cut too deep.
Place squash on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake for one hour.
After one hour, pierce the squash with a fork to check if they are done.
The well of butter and sugar can be used to moisten up the rest of acorn.
