Bbq Pineapple Wings
Instructions
1. In a large bowl pour in the pineapple juice, add also the garlic, ginger, dry mustard, mace, soya sauce, honey, molasses and hot red pepper sauce. Mix them well.
2. Keep chicken wings whole then break each joint and dip it in the bowl
3. Cover and refrigerate it for 1-24 hours
4. Prepare chunks of pineapple
5. Skewer wings and pineapple through it.
6. Indirect heat/ bake in oven 350F for 25-30 minutes until cooked. Serve
