Bbq Pork Lo Mein With Thin Egg Noodles
Instructions
Marinate in 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce with 1 tablespoon soy sauce for 3 days. Cook on medium low on BBQ until done.
Soak 15 oz. egg noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove rinse and cool.
Preparation:
Trim pork reduce fat in wok for 30 minutes. Discard remainder keeping pork fat for cooking.
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 chopped white onion
Stir together add pork noodles and sauce. Garnish with green onion. Stir and serve hot.
