Beef And Beer Shepard's Pie
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet on medium heat and olive oil.
2. Add mushrooms and onion, saute them for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In a same skillet, add ground beef, bacon and brown them.
4. Then add garlic, onion, celery, carrot, tomato, thyme, rosemary, oregano, dijon mustard and steak sauce and mix.
5. Now add beef broth and beer. Allow the liquid to reduce.
6. Place the meat mix in oven for 20 minutes at 350 F.
7. To make sauce, mix beer, salt and flour to the same skillet. Stir it, scrape and reduce.
8. Serve the beef with the sauce.
