Instructions

1. Prepare 1/2 pound flank steak. Trimmed fat and remove. And cut the steak into strips.
2. In a bowl, add sugar and cooking wine. Marinate in one hour.
3. In a small bowl, add hoisin sauce and soy sauce.0
4. Saute ginger, garlic and beef. Remove from pan.
5. Using the same pan saute the vegetables. Add the sauce mixture and beef.
6. Add cornstarch in cold water. Stir first before adding it to your beef mixture.
7. Transfer in plate. Enjoy!
