Instructions
Procedure:
Grease up sheet pan with butter and flour and set aside. In a kitchen aid add in egg whites and beat until medium peaks are formed. Next, gradually add in sugar until completely combined. Stop the machine and add in liqeuers, flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon & vanilla and mix until combined. Once combined fold in nuts with a spatula and using a spoon make 2 inch blobs on the sheet pan keeping at least 2 inches a part from each other. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. let cool and enjoy!
