Butter Chicken
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into thin slices and apply ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chili powder and shallow fry in oil and set
aside
2. To the leftover oil add ,cumin, onion, ginger garlic paste , add onion ,tomatoes, cashew and other spices
and cook covered with little water till everything is mashed up
3. Put it in a blender and add to hot melted butter and cook on a medium flame season ,color and add chicken
and cook for few more minutes
4. Tomato ketchup is optional and usually use in 2 min butter chicken which i will show in near future
