Caipirinha Recipe
Instructions
Dice the lime and put it into a quite large old fashioned glass. Add the cane sugar, then crush everything well with a pestle, in order to squeeze the lime and blend its juice with the sugar. Crush roughly some ice and fill the glass, then pour in the Cachaa and stir well with a long stem spoon; add 2 short and wide straws and your caipirinha is ready!
