Cake With Pine Kernels
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add egg yolks and continue beating.
Pour a little of the flour in egg mixture, then the milk; while mixing, also add baking powder and remaining flour.
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Fold whites into batter.
Pour mixture into buttered non-stick 10" pan or line pan with foil that has been buttered.
Sprinkle surface with pine nuts and vanillasugar.
Bake 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
