Caramel Slice
Instructions
1) Mix dry ingredients: self raising flour, dessicated coconut, and brown sugar.
2) Pour in melted butter and stir until all combined.
3) Pour in the base into the baking pan and press it in evenly.
4) Pop into oven preheated 180 deg C for 10 minutes.
5) For the caramel filling, heat sweetened condensed milk, butter, and golden syrup.
6) Put the pan back into oven for about 10 minutes.
7) Melt chocolate and pour on top of the caramel slice. Spread out evenly.
8) Refrigerate for hours for the chocolate to set. Slice and serve.
