Instructions
1. Cut the fresh prime red meat into a chunk.
2. Make a center slice to the meat and pour it with an olive oil.
3. At the center slice, season it with a salt and a pepper and add the wine-garlic-mushroom mixture.Add a little fresh spinach and fold it .Grilled it for 4-5 minutes.
4. For the mushroom sauce: In a frying pan,put the mushroom and an olive oil.Season it with salt and pepper and add a butter and a heavy cream.Pour the white sauce and add some fresh lemon juice. Shimmer this for a few minutes.
5. For the Mashed potato: In a frying pan,cook the mashed potato and put some garlic on it. Put the butter, a cheese and a heavy cream then mix it.
6. Put the prepared mashed potato to the center of the plate and pour a little mushroom sauce. Put the grilled meat to the center and pour a mushroom sauce into the steak.
7. Enjoy and serve.
