Chacareros Chilean Sandwich
Instructions
SPREAD bottom halves of rolls with mayo; set aside. Season meat with pepper. Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
HEAT remaining dressing in same skillet on medium heat. Add beans and onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
FILL rolls with meat, bean mixture and tomatoes.
