Chai Tea Mini Biscuits

Instructions

1. Cook milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; stirring occasionally, until bubbles appear (do not boil).
2. Remove from heat, add tea bags and sleep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags squeezing gently.
3. In a food processor, mix together sugar, cinnamon, flour, and butter process until mixture resembles small crumbs.
4. In a large bowl add 3/4 cup of the milk mixture and the flour mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly 4 to 5 times.
6. Pat dough to a 3/4-inch thickness; cut with a 1 2/2-inch round cutter.
7. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes or until golden.
9. Let stand 5 minutes. Whisk together reserved 1 tbsp. milk mixture and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
