Cherry Ice Cream Pie
Instructions
1) Mix 1 cup of water with 1 pack of cherry gelatin. Put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
2) Add 1 pint of vanilla ice cream to the gelatin mix. Mix well and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3) Take out of the fridge and add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
4) Pour mixture to the ready made chocolate pie crust.
5) Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
6) Top one serving with cherry pie filling and chocolate syrup.
