Cherry Shortcake Cookies
Instructions
1. Mix sugar with butter at room temperature
2. Add almond extract
3. Add flour and corn starch
4. Add dried cherries
5. Drop onto cookie sheet coated with parchment paper
6. Press dough with sugar coated glass
7. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees
8. Allow to cool
9. Melt ingredients for glaze in food storage bag.
10. Cut small hole in corner and spread over cookies
