6 chicken thighs or 2 chicken breasts halved
1 cup yogurt
1/2 lemon juiced
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 Tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
Sauce:
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 garlic cloves
2 jalapenos
4 teaspoons cumin
4 teaspoons paprika
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
15 or 16 ounces of tomato sauce
2 cups heavy cream
Cooked rice
