SPREAD ONE SIDE OF EACH TORTILLA WITH SOME HOISIN SAUCE, SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS AND GREEN ONIONS. TOP WITH SHREDDED CHICKEN AND SHREDDED DAIKON, ROLL UP TORTILLAS; HALVE EACH TORTILLA CROSSWISE.
FOR DIPPING SAUCE, IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE SOY SAUCE,VINEGAR, THE WATER AND CHILE OIL MIX AND DIP THE SANDWICHES.
