Instructions
Cut 10 corn tortillas into 1/8ths
Cook in skillet with 2 tablespoons oil until crispy
Add 4 eggs, stir until cooked
Place in baking pan, top with cheese and salsa
Bake for 6 minutes in 400 degree oven
Serve with avocado
