Chili Chicken Skewers

Instructions

1. Chop the chicken in cubes and transfer to a dish. Add some olive oil and set aside.
2. Chop the chilli and garlic and place on top of the chicken
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes until it marinates well.
5. Chop the bell pepper, mushrooms, spring onions and place all in a bowl.
6. in a BBQ pan, put some oil and skewer the chicken before placing in a pan.
7. Cook the the mixed ingredients in a medium heat pan.
8. Transfer the mixed ingredients and the chicken skewers in a serving plate. Enjoy!
