Chilli Pork Ribs
Instructions
1. Put ribs in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes or half-fill a wok with water and bring to the boil. Put ribs on a wire rack and sit on top of a wok. Cover and steam for 10 minutes. Cool.
2. Combine honey, plum sauce, zest, juice, chilli, star anise and cinnamon in a bowl. Add ribs and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Completely cover a large baking dish with foil. Put ribs on a rack over the baking dish, brush with marinade. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and juices have caramelised.
