Chocolate Banana Bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Coat and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 in. bread pan
Combine dry ingredient items and set aside
Peel bananas and mash with lemon juiceIn mixer combine brown sugar butter and vanilla
Add the eggs, sour cream and bananas
Add the dry ingredients and combine thoroughly
Manually stir in the sliced almonds and chocolate chips
Note: The flour in the chocolate chips should prevent it from sinking to the bottomBake for about 1 hour
Transfer to wire rack after 30 minutes, let cool completely before serving
