Preparation:
Wash and dry strawberries
Place bowl on top of steaming water, but not in water
Add 1 cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons shortening
Stir until melted
Skewer strawberries and coat in chocolate
Transfer to wax paper
TIP: Put wax paper on cookie sheet for easy transportation to refrigerator
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Coat with any extra chocolate if desired :)
