Chocolate Graham Cracker Cookie
Instructions
Whip heavy cream in cold stainless steel bowl until it starts to thicken
Add granulated sugar gradually until thick
Cover and refrigerate
Mix butter with powdered sugar
Gradually add cocoa powder, vanilla and milk until smooth
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Spread frosting between graham crackers and then freeze.
Serve cold with a big spoonful of whipped cream.
Drizzle with blackberry syrup (shown) or chocolate sauce (optional)
