Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Instructions

1) Whisk together egg, melted margarine, and skim milk.
2) In a separate mixing bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
3) Slowly add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients.
4) Pour mixture into greased dish and spread evenly.
5) For the sauce, mix boiling water, sugar, and cocoa powder.
6) Pour sauce straight over the pudding.
7) Pop into oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 deg C.
