Chocolate Wings

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
24 chicken drumettes
3 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
tsp. allspice
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
3oz. dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
tsp. salt
Preparation Directions:
~ In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chicken wings and cook stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes; remove from pan and set aside. Add the garlic, chili powder, and allspice; cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
~ Stir in tomato sauce scraping up the brown bits from bottom of the pan. Add water, chocolate, hot sauce and salt and cook stirring until chocolate is melted.
~ Return wings to the pan, lower the heat, cover and simmer until the wings are cooked through and the sauce is reduced to a thick glaze, about 20 minutes.
