Coconut Bread

Instructions

1. Put a 1/2 cup of butter in a bowl then cream it up with an electric mixer.
2. Add 1 cup of sugar and cream it up again until the crystals dissolve
3. Add 2 eggs into the mixture one at a time and beat it , a teaspoon of pure vanilla, 1/2 cup of milk and then mix it up.
4. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients : 1 1/2 cup an all purpose flour, 1 cup fine coconut flour , a tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
5. After combining them, add it up and mix it well with the previously prepared wet ingredients.
6. After mixing all the ingredients completely, it is now ready to be cook in an oven at approximately 350 degrees.
