Coconut Rice

Instructions

1. Cook rice separately make sure it is fluffy
2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin, mustard, red chili whole and saut till the aroma is released.
3. Now add the channna dal, urad dal, green chilies, ginger curry leaves cashew nuts, and saut till soft.
4. Then add the coconut grated and sugar. Gently stir
5. Then add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes .check seasoning .Stir well and adjust. Serve hot.
