Cooking Ribeye Steak On The Grill
Instructions
Get the supplies. It is recommended that you visit the local butcher for the best steak cuts. However, the local grocery store will generally have good cuts of ribeye as well. Choose the 30-minute marinade of your choice.
2
Place the steak in a 2-quart glass dish with a cover. Season with salt and pepper and add generous amounts of marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3
Heat the gas grill on medium-high heat. If you are using a charcoal grill make sure that the charcoals are ashen and glowing before you grill the steaks.
4
Grill the steaks for five to seven minutes on one side, depending on thickness.
5
Flip the steaks. Grill the steaks on the reverse side for an additional four to five minutes. Flip the steaks again and close-grill for one to two minutes.
6
Serve and enjoy. Remove the steaks from the heat and allow them to cool for two to five minutes, serve with your favorite sides and enjoy a great ribeye steak.
