Mix the flours, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar and beat until creamy, add egg. Add the coffee and applesauce, beat until blended. Add flour and mix until well blanded, stir in raisins and pecans. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges pull from the side of the pan.
