Coriander Chicken
Instructions
1. Grind coriander leaves,green chillies and cashews in to a fine paste.add garlic ginger paste,curd,salt and turmeric powder marinate the chicken in these for 1-2 hrs.
2. Put oil in the kadai add chicken stir it for 4-5 mins,then allow it to cook.in between stir.otherwise the cashew wil burn very fast.
