Country Deep Fried Turkey

To determine the correct oil level needed for the turkey fry-substitute water.
Transfer the turkey and set aside. Now mark the water level and then toss.
Add oil to your mark. Fire up the boil to about 375 F.

1) In a large pan, add enough oil to deep fry the turkey. Heat the oil to 375 deg F.
2) Coat turkey with your favorite turkey rub.
3) Prop the turkey in a stand.
4) Inject the turkey with some marinade.
5) Slowly lower the turkey into the oil.
6) Prepare some side dishes.
7) Fry the turkey until the internal temperature is 180 deg F.5.
