Creamy Corn Custard
Instructions
1) In a pan, add 2 cups corn, 1 1/2 cup cream, salt, and cayenne. Stir and let it simmer.
2) Add 1/2 cup cold milk and puree mixture with a blender.
3) In another bowl, beat eggs and temper the eggs with the corn mixture slowly.
4) Pour into serving bowl and bake in oven at 325 deg F for 30-35 mins.
