1. Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat, add the onions and cook until transparent, add the tuna, mix well and heat through.
3.Add the mushrooms, tomato paste, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
4.Add in the cream and milk and stir well.
5. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat straight away.
6.Add to cooked spaghetti and toss it up for a really delicious meal in 10 minutes.
