Dim Sum (asian Dumplings)

Instructions

~ In a large bowl combine pork, onion, cilantro, red pepper flakes, red curry paste, chili powder, and garlic; mix well.
~ Place 1 tbsp. of filling on each wrapper, moisten edges with water and gather up sides to the middle. Gently tap on counter so dumplings sit upright. Cover with a damp towel until ready to steam.
~ Bring a pot of water to boil with a metal steaming rack in it. Place dumplings on steamer and steam for 5 to 6 minutes or until filling is cooked through.
~ Serve with dipping sauce.
