Double Portobello Sandwich
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, basil, pepper, dijon mustard and lemon juice. Mix them well.
2. Add portobello mushroom caps to the mixture. Leave them for 10 minutes.
3. On a Medium heat skillet, spread little amount of olive oil.
4. Add sliced bell pepper to the skillet.
5. Add portobello mushroom caps (skin up).
6. Cook for 4 minutes.
7. Flip the mushrooms and bell pepper and again cook for 4 minutes.
8. Add cheddar cheese to a mushroom.
9. Flip another mushroom cap on the top of cheddar cheese. (skin side up).
10. Put the bell peppper over the mushroom.
11. Add kaiser roll to the skillet, heat for a few seconds.
12. Set the pan aside.
13. In a plate, arrange kaiser half in the bottom, then portobello creation, onion, bean sprouts, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and the other half of kaiser roll on the top.
