Embutido

Instructions

Place in ground pork in a mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs and fresh eggs; mix together.

Add carrots, bell pepper, pickle relish, raisins, cheddar cheese, and tomato sauce. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Scoop and place the mixture on the top of square aluminum foil. Spread and flatten the mixture evenly.

Place hard boiled eggs and sausages in the center for filling.

Drag the foil downward and roll the mixture. Twist and lock both edges of the foil.

Place the Embutido rolls in a steamer and cook for at least 1 hour.

keep refrigerated.

Heat or fry before serving.
