Fast Beef With Apple Dijon Salad

Instructions

1. Heat a pan and add oil to it. Seer beef in it from both the sides. Cut thick slices.
2. Arrange the slices in the pan and add peppercorn, tarragon. Cook it till desired doneness.
3. In the same pan add dijon mustard, cream and mix them.
4. Pour the sauce over beef.

Apple salad:
1. Mix all the ingredients and toss them. The salad is ready.
2. Use only 2-3 tbsp of salad dressing. Serve the salad with the beef.
