Flourless Chocolate Cake

Instructions

1) In a bowl, add 6 egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar. Whisk until it becomes light yellow.
2) Whip the egg whites with a pinch of cream of tartar.
3) Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add 2 tbsp dark coffee.
4) Temper egg yolks with the chocolate. Gradually add the rest of the melted chocolate.
5) Add the egg white mixture gradually, about 1/3 at a time. Fold.
6) Pour the batter into a greased baking sheet. Even it out well.
7) Bake at 350 deg F for 8-10 minutes.
8) Whip heavy cream with 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
9) Make a cake-cream-cake layer. Top with confectioner's sugar. Add a little blueberry and raspberry to decorate the cake.
