Fried Fish Cake With Soy Sauce

Instructions

1. Divide 3 fish cakes in half and cut them thinly.
2. Slice of an onion thinly, julienne of a carrot, and cut some hot peppers or sweet peppers, depending on your tastes. I used some kind of Korean peppers.
3. On medium heat, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Fry the fish cakes for 5 minutes.
4. Add the onion, carrot, and peppers. Stir them.
5. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, tsp of sugar, tsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of corn syrup, and 2 Tbsp of water. Fry until the onion is cooked.
6. Sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame seeds on top. Mix and then turn off the heat.
