Gnocchi Carbonara

Instructions

1. Add gnocchi to large pan of boiling water, boil, uncovered, until gnocchi float to top and are tender; drain.
2. Add bacon to large non-stick pan, cook, stirring, until browned.
3. Add mushrooms to pan, cook, stirring, until soft.
4. Stir in cream, simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.
5. Remove from heat, stand 1 minute; stir in eggs.
6. Combine gnocchi and cream mixture in 1.5 litre (6 cup) oven proof dish, sprinkle with cheese.
7. Grill until top is browned.
