Gravy For Turkey
Instructions
1. Transfer the drippings from the turkey to a large zip top plastic bag.
2. Once the fat rises, snip a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag and stop before the fat layer reach the opening. Discard the bag.
4. Pour the drippings in a medium heat pan. Add flour and broth. Stir constantly until the gravy is thicken. Season to taste.
