Instructions
1. Grate pumpkin, bottle gourd and keep it side, blend cashew nuts in blender keep it side.
2. Take a pan add oil, gaama sala, grated pumpkin, bottle gourd, saut it till it become brown or cook for 5
min then add red chili powder, coriander, salt, cumin powder, cashew nuts paste cook for 2 min then add
tomato paste.
3. Cook till the curry leaves the oil add water as required cook it for 5 min till the gray is thicker
4. Add boiled beans, paneer, any vegetables as required mix well and then add garamasala powder, koya
(optional) coriander leaves mix well.
5. Serve it hot with roti.
