Grilled Steak Salad With Honey Shallot Raspberry Vinaigrette

Instructions

Season steak to taste and sear to desired temperature. Set Aside. In a mixing bowl add in shallots, garlic, honey, vinegar, and thyme. Wisk in olive oil slowly. Mix together lettuces and add to plate. Cut vegetables accordingly and add on top of lettuces. Using a ladle poor on dressing to desired amount. Slice steak and add on top. Finish with scallions. Enjoy
